- If you decide to park in an underground or large surface parking lot near tourist spots, pedestrian streets, walking areas, attractions, upon entry the machine will give you a card with date and time of arrival. When leaving the parking space, you will need to use the machine again, which will calculate the cost of parking. Option No. 3. Private parking lots, which are now available in different areas of Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya and other big cities.
