In Bali, there are real risks of investing money in building a house by an unscrupulous developer and going broke. In Turkey, the construction industry is controlled by the state, unfinished projects and delays in delivery of projects — huge rarity. Where is the best place to buy real estate for investment and living — in Turkey or Bali — depends on your goals.
